this year ebay have restricted my account saying my card details need updating.i only have one card | Member To Member Support

i have resent my details several times this year, and it lets me enter these details,even sends me a message confirming this...next day the card details somehow revert to the incorrect details....i have a different postal adress to my billing address, and once i rest to correct details it lets me do a payment, why doesnt ebay keep the correct details and stop making it impossible to pay my fees....now im restricted....im thinking just jog ebay on and use all the other selling and buying sites
