Mentor3 weeks agoIf the seller stalled you beyond Ebay's 30 day money back guarantee period, then ebay won't do anything.

What type of case was opened, why, and what happed for eBay to close it.
In some cases when there is simple delivery involved ebay will close cases quickly if they are item not arrived cases or arrived damage, as they hold the contract on postage not you as the seller per se. They will tell the seller to keep their money but the buyer will keep the item (if it arrived) and get their money refunded.
