There are product safety concerns with the item you purchased
Had an email with the above about a recall and it says to contact the seller.
When I go into purchase history the item shows but no option to contact the seller and when you click on it it says the item is no longer available.
Where do I stand with this as a std recall im entitled to a replacement or refund and as I've been notified then im not covered for the product failing.
Its a safety harness so not something to take a chance on either.

Mentor10 months agoIf you bought longer than 30 days ago, then ebay won't help.
This is between you and seller.
Depending on when you bought, your payment provider may help.
If UK business seller, contact citizens advice.

OP10 months agoYes well over 30 days.
Problem is I cant contact the seller as eBay have taken all details away, just says no longer available.
Also bought with an old bank account that I no longer have so guess im out of pocket and will have to buy new

Due to type of item, sensible to throw it away and buy another.
