There are no new notifications flags up and covers my purchase history,

Question

This notification covers my details  ( there are no new notifications) and I cannot access, can eBay remove to a place that  does not cover my access details. Thank you.

I just looked at my purchase history and no problems, so there is nothing to remove.   If it does appear is there not a delete link?
