The supplied shipping labels weren't correct
The golf club I was sending was over the 61cm tracked 48 allows (which was the labels eBay supplied), so I had to pay £11.99 for postage, and I can't now void the the original postage labels, so I've basically paid twice. Is there anything I can do to recoup some of my money?

Mentor1 month agoThe postage cost was on the listing which means the buyer paid for it and it will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days. It would have been better to cancel the transaction and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy again. Also Evri goes up to 120 cms but you have to exclude other couriers in your postage preferences (and choose medium size) for that to work.
