The simple delivery label weight is not enough, no option to dispatch and add tracking!??

I sold an item on ebay, i chose the heaviest option and its still not enough.
I can send it myself at a reasonable cost with tracking BUT there doesn't seem to be any way to cancel the "Simpleton Delivery", dispatch it myself and add my own tracking.

Any ideas?

You have to generate the original prepaid Simple Delivery label to get the buyers address

To change or add your own tracking number go to View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow add the new number

And afterwards you can go back into the tracking numbers and delete the simple one and update it 🙂

You can't cancel the SD label without having to pay the postage yourself. It's best to cancel/refund the transaction with buyer's agreement, and relist with correct postage for them to buy again.
