The item weighs more than the seller thought. The seller says that they cannot adjust the postage, and they are worried that the item won't make it if the postage is under weight. They are using simple delivery

They may be able to change size and/or weight. Ask them to click on Get Prepaid Label and under the heading Package details click on the pencil icon and they should get: "No extra charge. Changing your package size won’t cost you anything." Then use the dropdown menu to change dimension or weight.

If that option is not there they will have to cancel the transaction and relist with correct postage for you to buy again.
