So I got a item that I ordered the wrong one then the seller has refused to refund and eBay are not doing anything and the worst thing about all this the item doesn't work and it has corrosion on the item so the seller knew it was not working

Mentor1 month agoIf you opened item not received case, you can close it and open not as described case.
Or try your payment provider.

Mentor1 month agoWhy are you not using the ebay 30 day money back guarantee, there is a link on every listing. Using it properly then seller cannot refuse, but you only get one chance, opening the wrong case and eBay willl not be interested..
