The seller dropped off a parcel at his local parcelshop in Kent, but tracking said it was dropped of in South Yorkshire. Has any body had a similar experience?

As long as item is delivered to you, no problem.
You can open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery date, escalate 4 days later.
