Hello, I purchased an item from a seller, but they did not pay the full postage. I had to pay a fee for the item to be delivered. What happens in this situation?

Mentor5 months agoYou can when they have replied leave feedback, best not to mention the underpaid postage, but you can mark down the appropriate star rating.

Mentor5 months agoUnless seller is willing to repay you, nothing ebay will do.
You could have refused to pay the fee and opened item not received case.

Mentor5 months agoI think it's fair to send them a polite message explaining you had to pay extra for inadequate postage.
Perhaps with a photo of any stamp or mark on the packaging, showing extra postage to pay.
If it's a good seller, they will repay you this cost, but if not, nothing to enforce them to do so.
