The seller declined a return for wrong described item
The seller described the clutch disc will work on Renault Master 2.8Lt but it is wrong described. I started a return on 5 September the seller declined the return.

OP1 month agoThe seller described the item working on 2000 Renault master 2.8Lt but this fit only 2.5. Wrong described.

Mentor1 month agoSellers can only decline returns if you use what is classed as a "change of mind"reason, such as doesn't fit. If that's the case there's nothing else you can do about it on ebay but contact your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund or chargeback.

OP1 month agoThe seller described fit on 2000 Renault master 2.8lt but this fit only on 2.5lt. It is wrong described. Why eBay accept the decline.

When did you open the case for a refund?
Was it after 30 days past your item's last estimated date for delivery? Then, it was too late to claim from eBay, and you need to turn now, as advised, to your payment provider.
