The sale of cosmetics and the responsible person

Question

I am so confused.  I sell cosmetics to the UK mainland only as this responsible person malarky has me in a tail spin.  I read one thing and then another.  Any cosmetic retailers here that might like to explain this to me at all.  Thank you.

You might get a better response on the business boards - or at least a response from somebody selling similar products who can point you in the right direction to find out the informarmation you need.
