The product has arrived but the system does not indicate that I would like to get my money. The buye
Instead of the required normal delivery, I sent the product I sold with next-day delivery. My buyer received it today and wrote feedback, but the system still says it hasn't arrived and I don't want to wait two more days compared to the normal delivery time. What I get will be my money. How can I indicate that the buyer has already received it? He wrote feedback and even wrote to me.

Mentor10 months agoTo mark the item as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery label. Then change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
It seems scary to send an expensive item using £3.42 postage but Simple Deilvery automatically covers sellers up to £750 for loss or damage in transit.
eBay will class you as a new seller and may hold the payment for up to 30 days regardless of the above process or feedback.
