The label won't print - it says invalid postcode in the "Ship To" address.
The post code for the buyer is correct but, when I try to print a label, I receive a message saying the postcode is invalid. I have checked it and it isn't. I can't get beyond that point. Any suggestions?

Mentor6 months agoIS there spacing or something stupid like that in the postcode when you try to print that makes the system think its invalid?
The only other thing I can think of is and depending on the service selected to be used that the postcode is classed as a remote postcode within the UK eg IM, ZE, AB, PH, PO, GY, JE etc? hence why the system says its invalid. THis is just a thought!
