The item i sold has returned completely damaged, but the buyer may have been charged
The item i sold never actually made it to the buyer, even tho i used the Simple Delivery service. Subsequently the item has been returned to myself, but completely damaged beyond repair. The buyer has been charged as far as I can tell as the item is shown as delivered.

Mentor6 months agoIf possible send photos of item and return packaging to the buyer. Then ask them to open a return using "item damaged in delivery" as the reason. eBay will issue the refund themselves and you keep the original payment. The buyer will not be required to return the item so it won't matter that you already have it.
