The feedback sore against a user shows (10) but an empty dialog box comes up for the seller?

I have purchased something from a seller who has (10) next to their username but no feed back is shown just an empty box.
How can i get help for this?

Mentor1 month agoWhen you looked at the feedback there is a box see below. Did you look at ALL or MOST RECENT.
I would guess there just was no any recent feedback to see.

Mentor1 month agoAs a buyer you cannot cancel a purchase. Have you paid? If so younwill need to open a not received case to get a refund.
If you have not paid seller can cancel for non payment and you get an unpaid strike.
It would help to see this item and the sellers “feedback” can you give item number, as none of this is making any sense.

OP1 month agoThank you all. It's because the user has marked their feedback as private.
So i have cancelled my order for that and that the title does not match the item in the photographs.

Mentor1 month agoThat does sound a little odd. Sellers can't list items with a private profile so they must've just switched it.

What was item number you bought? It may be that they have just started selling, but 1 would have thought all feedback would then show.
To be honest to my mind, hidden feedback, is not a good sign, as it is usually to hide something like bad feedback.
