The delivery man doesn't come.
Hello,
I received an email saying that the item is on the way, but the courier hasn't come to collect it from my address yet, and the parcel is still here. I'm honestly not sure what's happening.
Please contact eBay support and let them know that the postman hasn't picked up the item. Hopefully they can sort this out. I will also contact eBay from my side.
I'm really disappointed with this situation. Please let me know if you need anything else.

Mentor10 months agoIs this with DHL ? eBay are aware of the issues here, and this below, was a statement from a Community Manager on a Wednesday Weekly Chat here....
' You can use your own courier if you wish. DHL are experiencing higher volumes than usual and are working on this to improve the service level. A refund request for the postage can then be made. '
