Hi
Has anyone had experience of carriers inflating the weight of items?
And does anyone have ebay customer services contact email so that I can send them a mini moan?
Evri claimed that my item was over 1kg - it was not - this is either a mistake or a lie.
Ebay covered the extra this time, but I'd like to put a marker down incase Evri try the same scam again.

Mentor5 months agoSounds like you need to moan to evri not eBay. Out of interest was it a packlink label?

It was Evri standard, I printed the label in the shop from a QR code. Not sure if this is what mean by packlink.
ebay customer services that emailed me (but not from an adress they monitor) so I think it makes sense to start with them.
Ebay covered the "excess" and will have leverage over evri. It is in ebay's interest to keep carriers in line.

OP5 months agoNagged ebay chat and got a nice call back, and flagged the issue.
(Evri call bot hung up on me while i searched for item details and then when I called back wouldnt let me leave any info because an "enquiry was underway" lol)
