The buying part is broken

Question

On my phone the , and the . have been replaced.

To get to the . I have to go through a sub menu.

And clearly an , on a bidding app is worse than useless.

I have lost 2 winning bids i made so far.

This needs to be fixed at ebays end.

It sounds like you've inadvertantly changed the keyboard display settings on your phone. Try looking at the settings there.

Okay. I fixed it.

I didnt break it, but I followed up on your advice, did a reset, and that did not work.

I kept trying, and it turns out if you keep your finger on the , symbol the option comes up to change it, so i did back to the .

And all is well.

The issue is with your phone, not eBay. Nobody has tweaked any programming on the site that results in punctuation being swopped.

No one else has reported this. Try clearing cache cookies and reinstalling app. Or use website, app is limited.
