The buyer of an item I sold won't collect it
Hi, I sold an item 2 weeks ago on a collection only basis due to it's size and weight.
The buyer paid eBay, and messaged me asking for collection address. I replied giving all of the details, and requested him to collect at his earliest convenience.
That was 2 weeks ago, and I've politely requested collection on 3 occasions, but not had a reply.
What am I supposed to do now please?

So complete timewasters still get their money back.

·6 months agoI would send just one more message giving the buyer a final date for collection.
Tell them that if they don't collect the item by that date, you will cancel the sale and refund them.
