Hi has anyone had any problems with pressing the buy it now, basket, make an offer or submit bid buttons as mine are refusing to press and item choice will not press either. I think it could be something to do with missing fields. Anyway if anyone has, how did u sort the problem out or did eBay have to get involved. Im interested in hearing from anyone as Im very frustrated. Ive tried switching

off and all of that.

It is still not working. Your tech are lying the problem is not solved. I cannot press any of the boxes now and watchlist box is white. I said they need to go on my account and have a look and not do it generally. You r missing out on me buying things cos I can’t use the buttons. Lost business. Tell tech it isn’t fixed for mr. They need to have another look.

Hi. Just some more info for u that I hope will help ur tech department. When I go into an item the three boxes but it now add to basket and add to watchlist will not press or do anything. I think the fields are out of place. Below the promotions paragraph are 3 grey squares which I think r the out of place fields. I have tried to move them up and put them in the boxes but it will not do it. This might help the tech department to figure out what’s wrong on my account. I will leave it them. Thanks.
