Terrible customer service
Summary: thepremiumbeautybin is experiencing difficulties with a payment hold due to a requirement to upload identification such as a passport or driver's license, which they do not possess. Despite offering alternatives like a birth certificate, they face unhelpful customer service interactions, including calls and chats being abruptly ended. They emphasize their long-standing history as an eBay seller and buyer and seek advice on resolving the issue to receive payments for items sold.
Payments are on hold until I provide ID
They are askingbme to upload a passport or drivers which I do not have
I am happy to upload a birth certificate or bank statement utility bill etc but everytime I try to call or they call me they hang up on me or close the chat without helping.
What can I do..
I have sold quite a number of items and they will not pay me out without their requested things ....which I don't have. I have been an eBay seller anf buyer for 18 yrs and British citizen for 50.

Mentoryesterday at 9:50 AMFirstly, apologies for the long delay in replying there was a technical issue with this particular board which prevented us from answering, until now.
Hopefully, you have solved the issue, but if not, below is a message from a Community Manager for other documents accepted as proof for verification purposes, this was posted February this year.....
We accept an National Photo ID card, UK Passport, UK Driver’s License. If you don't any of these documents, you can submit a UK birth certificate along with a proof of address (electricity/internet bill or similar) that is no older than 3 months, instead of a photo ID.
