Technical issues
All of my devices are not working correctly..
I have recently sold two book and have been paid.
I am unable to access the customers addresses and have
tried to contact the Ebay assistants to ask for an agent to
contact me but when I type my messages to the assistant
I am unable to see their replies.
I have given my telephone number to have heard nothing from EBay.
If anyone could please help me I would be very grateful.

Mentor6 months agoYou have to print the eBay Simple Delivery label to get the buyer's address. Or at least click on it (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code) if you want to use your own postage.
