Team Access - No Preview Option Available

Question

Hi, we have a colleague working from India, and we have given him 'Team access' to publish and revise listings, and to create and edit drafts. He can create and publish drafts, but he cannot preview listings in draft mode. We have researched on eBay and on Google, and they say he should be able to do this. Does anyone know what may be preventing the Preview button from appearing?

Does your colleague get an error message related to his permissions when he tries to preview? Are you or another colleague who work on the account able to preview the drafts and can you share a screenshot of the error message?
