Does anyone know why I keep getting prompts in the "tasks" tab to post a book which not only have I posted it, but it is simultaneously showing as despatched and delivered?

Mentor3 months agoIs it recorded as dispatched? Or have you done something which prevents you marking as Dispatched, for example not using Simple Delivery Label but used your own postage.
In any case if you cannot mark as dispatched, then just leave it.

OP3 months agoThe item shows as "Despatched" "Delivered" and "Need to Send" at the same time!!
