System wrong
This is a second time the system has automatically declined a buyer s offer on my behalf. I didn't even have time to bread their first massage with the offer before they sent a second one, wondering why I had rejected it, since the price they proposed was asseptable. I am losing buyers because of this error, as I am unable to manage my account myself

Mentor5 months agoThe buyers offer includes the buyer fee and has to be more than your minimum accepted price plus the fee, for example if your minimum is £20 the buyer offer needs to be £21.50 or more even though you will only receive £20.00 eBay take the fee from the buyer
