Switching to a Business Account Without an Edit Option
Has anyone else encountered the challenge of wanting to switch to a business account but finding that the edit option isn't available? What alternative methods did you find useful in overcoming this hurdle? I would love to hear any tips or tricks, as well as your experiences in navigating this process. How did you manage to find a solution, and what advice would you give to others facing the same situation?

Mentor1 week agoYou can't upgrade a private account if you haven't used it. You need to start again and open a business one from scratch.

Mentor1 week agoYou're a new seller, so need to sell one or two items first and then look to switch. You'll need to do this via desktop, not the app.
Go to your Personal Information in your account and to the right of Account Type, which will be showing as 'Individual' you'll see an Edit option.
