Switch off eBay ai when listing
Does anybody know how you can switch off the ai tool when listing an item? When I’m listing an item I have to delete everything it generates and put in the details I want.

Mentor3 weeks agoTry this, it may work, and I use a laptop not the app, Chrome works well with eBay too.
First write your own description in the description box, and then go back and add the photos.
See if that works.

Mentor3 weeks agoAaah, and there may lie the problem, if there's a glitch to be had you can bet it will be on that app!
Can you for now, switch to a laptop / PC and try Chrome, then try from there, as not sure if the above will work on the app, though worth a try.
