Suspended but still able to sell?

I am currently suspended after being wrongfully accused of selling counterfeit 4K Blu-rays.
I didn't even know it was possible to copy 4K discs but I guess eBay seems to think so.
A few months ago I was accused of copying 4K steelbooks 😁😁. Yes, I have a steel making machine in my front room just like everyone else has!!!
However, despite my current suspension I have sold two items during the night.
How is this possible when my account is currently suspended and hidden?
I am very confused.

OP1 month agoI asked eBay how was it possible to sell goods despite being suspended and they sent me this extraordinary reply...
I see that you are still being able to sell even though there is a 10 day selling restriction on your account. Congratulations as this is the first time I've seen such a thing happen. I believe its a good thing as I know that these restrictions cause sellers a lot of trouble because many sellers depend solely on eBay to meet their financial requirements. I'd encourage you to keep tending to your buyers if you are able to and not worry about the restriction on your account. All the best for your sales

Mentor1 month agoAlthough ebay refer to counterfeit, it is more likely to be VERO, the brand owner asks for removal.
It is not at all helpful when a standard message is used for many purposes.

OP1 month agoIt seems eBay were rather slow in blocking my account. The items were sold two days after the suspension began but now, as you said, the block seems to be working.
