Hello, I need help with an issue. My eBay account was reinstated and is running smoothly. I can list products and everything works fine. However, when I open my shop settings, it still shows a “suspended” banner on my shop page. I am registered from Pakistan and I cannot connect to live support or an agent. The system only gives automated replies and doesn’t connect me to a real person. Can someone guide me on how to fix this error or how I can reach the right support team? Thank you.

Mentor10 months agoIf your account is working OK (and your listing looks fine so it must be) it may just be taking a while for everything to update and the suspended banner to disappear.
