Supplier sent Faulty device
Summary: bluenitram001 reported purchasing a Canon PIXMA TS3350 printer from a seller on eBay that was described as lightly used and ready to use, but upon receipt, it lacked cartridges and exhibited unresolvable errors. Despite installing new cartridges, the printer remained non-functional, leading bluenitram001 to feel they were misled by the seller.
Item sold as stated in ebay advert
"Canon PIXMA TS3350 Printer
Genuine Canon XL ink cartridges (recently installed)
Brand new, unopened power plug and cable (still sealed)
The printer has been well looked after and has had very light home use. It's ready to use straight away."
However upon receipt today 28/8/2026 the printer 1. did not have cartridges installed and 2. it was in an error state when powered on. I purchased brand new genuine cartridges compatible with this device and the printer would not work due to P02 and E04 errors. There are not resolvable errors. I was therefore miss-sold.
