Summer house
Summary: dawn1962 experienced issues with a summer house order that arrived with a missing part, affecting its assembly. I paid for a summer in May knowing it was going to be delivered July 7th. Arrived on time yet a part was missing that effects it being built. I have contacted them several times firstly they would send a replacement and it didn’t arrive. Then got told it had to be paid and it was 3-5 weeks. Then got a message saying it was going to be delivered 21st august it never turned my partner phoned them and they said they didn’t send a message when it’s right in front of me. He didn’t honed this morning and was told it was coming today as you can guess it never turned up. I’ve told them I want a full refund. This was a present from my partner. I wanted a summer house not a winter house. Any help out there

Mentor2 weeks agoDon't waste any more time. If you paid with a debit/credit card or Apple Pay you have 120 days to issue a not as described chargeback.

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay's money back guarantee is for 30 days from delivery so you are out of time. As it must be a business seller you could ask citizens advice.

Mentor2 weeks agoToo late to take action through eBay 30 day MBG --- you may be still in time to issue a Chargeback through your Bank/Payment provider ?.
