Sudden Shock of Promoted Listings Priority fee

Locked

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I have unwittingly run up cost of about £50 for "Promoted Listings - Priority fee" I don't know how that has happened, I didn't even sell the £16 item!!!

I hope someone can explain how that has happened and do I owe that money?

You would have ticked a box when creating the listing and the fees are due.

However, some people have managed to persuade ebay CS to do a one off courtesy credit of the fees.
