Successful Bidder cancels order
Hello everyone,
I sold a phone last Saturday, to the highest bidder, of about 30 bids, only for them to cancel on the Sunday morning, stating they got a better offer! I did not accept the cancellation reason! What happens next?

As you have refused to cancel, that's it, unless the buyer pays, except they can leave feedback.

Mentor10 months agoNothing,you can't make them pay for it and if you did and sent it out it's likely they would find a fault(even if there wasnt one) and you would end up paying for areturn,just relist it you have an idea of the value now so could use a buy it now with immediate payment.
You could also report as unpaid after 4 days if they havent paid and then relist

Mentor10 months agoI have a feeling that once you decline a cancellation request you lose the ability to cancel, including for non payment. It leaves the seller in limbo.
