Subject Duplicate listing created due to system error – refund request
Hello,
I am writing regarding a duplicate listing that was created due to a system issue on eBay.
When I first attempted to list my motorcycle for sale, the system showed zero active listings, even though I had already completed the process. Because nothing was visible, I assumed the listing had failed. Later, while the page appeared to be stuck/loading, I repeated the listing process.
As a result, I now have two identical listings for the same motorcycle, which I do not need. This was not intentional and happened only because the system did not display the original listing correctly.
I kindly ask you to:
Remove one of the duplicate listings
Refund the fee charged for the extra listing, as this duplication was caused by a system error

Mentor6 months agoTo cancel one of the listings click on the dropdown menu next to the item on your selling page > End listing. Or use this link:

Then contact ebay in the morning and ask them to refund one of the set of fees. You can request a callback on here:
