Stolen Item
Hi, I bought an item on ebay, two months later the MOD police contacted me to say it was stolen from the MOD by the seller.
I contacted ebay and they started off great, saying I had 365 days to sort it as it was proven stolen, then after that nothing but the run around. Finally the MOD came and seized the item and gave me a seizure report proving they had taken the item off me.
I told ebay I had this they said great and sent me a link to upload the report, for 2 weeks i have had no refund and the run around, everytime I call no one knows about my case and I have to explain again. Made another call today only to be told my case had been denied, they dint email this to me so if I hadn't have called would not have know. Been with ebay for 20 years and they really seem to not care at all, any help would be appreciated

Mentor5 months agoIf it's still within 120 days of payment contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
