Mentor7 months agoIf ebay says refund is being made, then refunds go back to source.
If you paid by credit card it can take up to 30 days. Unfortunately ebay’s stsndard advice does not tell you this.
Other methods of Payment, by debit card up to 7 days, PayPal fast.

What is the refund for?
Have you opened a case?
