stealing of watch by E BAY I have lost my watch thanks to ebay policy
I have lost my watch thanks to ebay policy sold watch buyer said there was a fault. which threr was not they decided that the buyer should get refund and they told buyer he could keep watch. This can't be right need advice on taking ebay to court. thanks

·4 months agoThis is a member to member forum. If you want advice about taking Ebay to court, you should take legal advice.
Personally, I would communicate with the buyer and try to get the watch back first.

Mentor5 months agoYou can't fight a not as described case, if you do, then ebay will do as they did. You agreed to that in the user agreement.
You can't take them to court when you agreed they could do what they did.
Please read the user agreement.
