States I am overdue on posting but Ive posted it already and have a tracking number
My address in the pre-printed label was incorrect and I couldn’t change it on my phone. So I sent it Royal Mail tracked. How do I update my status using my phone as it won’t let me add a tracking number. Thanks.

Mentor1 month agoIf you click on Get prepaid label for the original label that will mark the item as dispatched. The label will remain unused and be refunded to buyer, assuming they paid for it.
