Spending Balance...where?

Hello

I returned some jeans and was refunded. £5.01 to my bank and spending balance £24.99 dated yesterday. I have looked in where I thought the £24.99 to be in SELLING and PAYMENTS but the balance is empty. I have not spent this so where will it be?!

Did you have any promotions on your listings? Any postage costs, listing upgrades?

If the breakdown still doesn't answer your question, contact Customer Services who have access to your account, and can explain that deficit in your Payment Summary.

In the return it says £5.01 paid to bank, which it has and below..which is why I thought it would appear in 'payments'!

Spending balance £24.94 6 Oct

I've checked transactions and below was dated today so the money will be sent to my bank rather than in 'payments'!

£24.99 to bank account ending in 9037 Scheduled payout

I'll contact eBay if it doesn't appear in my bank
