Special delivery not an option
Hi I’m selling a fairly valuable item and want to send it next day tracked (special delivery) but I only get simple delivery options when listing. How do I sort out adding this delivery option or is it not possible?

Mentor1 month agoWhat is the value of the item? IF under £750 and its being sent by simple delivery then its covered. If its over this value, then you should have got a custom postage option when setting up the listing to include SD.

OP1 month agoThanks for this, value around £350 so that’s why then, can you choose first class instead of 2nd class and who pays the difference in postage as simple delivery has no first or second class options?
