SPECIAL DELIVERY??
new to ebay as used it many years ago and thought it had changed. No such luck. Impossible to get anywhere with the help section!
I sold a sentimental item and the buyer claims it arrived damaged. Special delivery have organised the reyurn to god knows where and I got a notification saying payment on hold. What is this special delivery ? Where does the item go? Why cant i dispute the item was damaged and/or get the item back?

Mentor1 week agoDo you mean Simple Delivery, ebay's postage system? If the item is to be returned it will be returned to you. But usually with damage in transit where SD has been used ebay refund the buyer themselves and the seller keeps the payment. Item does not have to be returned.
