Speaking to a real Support Service person??

I have been trying for 3 hours to contact eBay UK and talk to a real person regarding checkout errors. The freaking AI bot keeps sending me round in circles. According to the bot 12:30 in the afternoon on a Monday is outside normal business hours and then refuses to tell me what are the business hours!!!

How do you actually talk to a human person to solve a checkout problem?
