Can anyone please help with how to actually speak to someone instead of ai. Need to ask a question how to get my coupon back after a seller cancelled sale because she didn't want to pay postage ebay wanted

Coupons are one use only. They don't get credited after a cancellation.

Usually these coupons once used are not redeemable again no matter the reason why it was not successfully used.

However, if you still wish to contact CS it's not easy , go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
