Hi, How do you speak to an ebay agent?

The land line number I have will not connect to a human, All I get is A1 and does not understand.

Any ideas? Anyone,

There is no number to phone ebay on. Hopefully you have not been charged for the one you used.

We are all human here! There are some very experienced members here , if your query does not need direct access into your account, come back explain the issue I'm sure someone will help you.

Otherwise, although CS is 24 / 7, ' live agents' are only available on weekdays between 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. , and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends, at other times, yes you'll find that friendly automated chat bot ! 🤗

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
