Mentor2 weeks agoIf you can appeal the outcome of any case there'll be an appeal link in the message you received telling you of the decision.
If there's no appeal route, it can't be appealed.
If you'd like to explain what happened we may be able to advise.

OP2 weeks agoI bought a pair of what was listed as v rare diadora trainers £125for my partner I showed them to him and he said straight away that they are not v rare but off the shelf in sports shops mainstream trainers. The v rare ones are all white with a gold logo the ones listed have a gold heel on them which are the modern mainstream ones£85.

Mentor2 weeks agoUnless they were being passed off as something they weren't (and it doesn't seem that they were, just that you were unaware of the retail price) then there wouldn't be any grounds to return them unless your seller was a UK registered business seller.

Mentor2 weeks agoIn which case if you are still in time have you opened a not as described case to return them for a full refund?
What is the issue with the wrong appeal decision you mention? A human doesn't get involved in these basic cases its usually automated.
