Sorry, Cant Collect - Can I have a Refund ?

Hi E Bayers,A week ago I rushed into a purchase. I bought an item for £11.Then I realised it was collection only. And I cant collect.I immediately messaged the seller. Explaining my mistake.And apologised, and asked for a refund.No word from them at all.E Bay have also informed me that they cant cancel the order.So, what can I do ?Please advise.Thanks All,Chris.

As soon as past the delivery date shown, open a not received case to get refund.

I know it was collection but there will still be a date by which the transaction should be completed.

Buyers cannot cancel a purchase, only seller can do that, and your seller may not know how.
