I purchased an item, wrong item arrived, I contacted seller and told him I was returning the item he remained unhelpful so I left appropriate feedback then went through eBay's return procedure, sent them photo of the tracked delivery postal receipt but now any evidence of the transaction including exchanged messages with the seller have disappeared from my purchased history and eBay notified me today "Return Closed", any attempt to notify them using their link returns the message "Something went wrong, it's not you it's us, please go back and try again" ....this is a loop over and over again. So much for Buyer Protection.
