Someone stole my pics and put them on their listing, what can I do?

I've had a listing up for a while for some Universal HHN Fallout Pins which are limited edition and very hard to get hold of, which makes them expensive.
I noticed yesterday, that someone has stolen my pictures, cropped them and put up their own listing for auction! I've tried reporting twice and appealing and eBay keep telling me there's nothing wrong, so they won't remove the listing.
What can I do? I don't want anyone to get scammed out of £80+
I've tried deterring Fallout collectors from the listing already, by posting in a group of 16,000 people.

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay allow sellers to use other pictures, so reporting what is allowed will get you nowhere
By using ebay you agree to abide by their terms and conditions..

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay is correct that under their rules the seller is entitled to copy your images.
They now requires sellers to allow any other seller to copy and use their images. You accepted this in the user agreement, as a condition of selling here.
I can't understand how eBay thought it was a good idea to allow this. True, they may make a bit of extra income from sellers who are too lazy to take their own images. But what price buyer confidence, when buyers realise that the item in the picture may not even be the actual item the seller is selling?

When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our User Agreement, to use your images, videos and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalogue, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings."
Personally I think it's polite for a member to ask if they can use your photos, this happened to me once, but of course not mandatory for them to do so, and you cannot decline.
