Someone else's details appeared after clicking "buy it now"
A few minutes ago I clicked "buy it now" on an item and the name, address and list of payment options that appeared were not mine.
I checked everything in my account settings, security, sign ins, address etc and everything is ok as it should be. Why would I suddenly see this? Its disconcerting to say the least.

It's not easy to get hold of Customer Services, you need to go top left of your eBay page to Help & Contact, and keep typing in... ' I wish to speak to an agent' then eventually you'll get through.
